About Attorney Wagman

30 Years of Fighting
For Connecticut

Gregg W. Wagman opened his Connecticut law office in 1995 with a singular mission: to help people understand and assert their rights in court. That founding principle — that knowledge and access to justice are the most powerful tools a person can have — has shaped every client relationship and every case his office has taken on for 30 years.

Before launching his own firm, Attorney Wagman gained hands-on experience at the New London Superior Court and at a private law firm, building the kind of procedural fluency that only comes from the inside. He went on to serve as President of the New London County Bar Association from 2011 to 2012, and continues to serve on its Board of Directors alongside active membership in the Connecticut Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

What sets Attorney Wagman apart is not just courtroom experience — it's what his clients feel when they walk out of his office. He describes seeing a visible sense of relief in the people he helps once a path forward becomes clear.
