Dr. Brandon Foltz knows what it feels like to be a kid with a smile you're not proud of. When his adult teeth came in during middle school, his self-esteem took a hit — until an orthodontist changed everything. That experience didn't just improve his smile. It changed his life's direction.

In 2017, Dr. Foltz founded Avenue South Orthodontics with a single purpose: to give Nashville families an orthodontic experience that's genuinely different. He designed the practice from the ground up — the office, the atmosphere, the coffee bar, the arcade games, the patient-first philosophy — because he believed the way orthodontic care is delivered matters just as much as the results.
