Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Beata Brooks Therapy serves children, teens, and adults of all ages. We specialize in speech and language disorders, feeding challenges, orofacial myofunctional disorders, and social communication. We proudly serve neurodivergent individuals with autism, ADHD, and related profiles using affirming, respectful approaches.
We offer maximum flexibility. Sessions can take place at our clinic (6040 Camp Bowie Blvd Suite 67, Fort Worth TX 76116), in your home, at daycares, or private schools in central Fort Worth. Telehealth sessions are available for clients anywhere within Texas.
Myofunctional therapy addresses the muscles of the face, mouth, and throat. It's recommended for people with mouth breathing habits, tongue thrust, sleep-disordered breathing, orthodontic relapse concerns, or issues with chewing and swallowing. It's beneficial for both children and adults.
Please contact us directly to discuss insurance and payment options. We can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Our team is happy to discuss affordability and payment arrangements during your free consultation.
It means we treat neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, etc.) as natural human variation, not deficits to fix. Our goals center on each person's quality of life, autonomy, and self-advocacy — never on making someone appear more neurotypical. We celebrate and work with each person's unique strengths and communication style.
