With over 23 years of local real estate experience, Danyel shaped BPM around a simple standard: hassle-free management, no hidden fees, and guarantees other firms won't make.

Our team is San Diego through and through. Senior Portfolio Manager Ana Alarcon-Morris brings 20+ years of transformative community management experience.
