No office required. Margaret travels to your location — whether that's your home, workplace, a coffee shop, a hospital, or any other location within Boulder County. That's the whole point of a mobile notary service.

You'll need a valid, government-issued photo ID — such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport. Paper IDs and digital/phone-based IDs are not accepted.

No — please do NOT sign or date your document before the appointment. You must sign in the physical presence of the notary. However, you should fill out all other required information beforehand unless the document specifically says "do not fill out prior to being in front of a notary."

A $20 fee is added for every 10 minutes the client is late past the scheduled appointment time, if documents are not prepared, or if the notarization cannot proceed for any client-related reason. Please plan to be on time and have everything ready.

Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, cash, and personal checks are all accepted. Payment is expected after services are rendered.

Yes — for letter or legal-size documents under 20 pages, you can email the files in advance and Margaret will bring printed copies. The printing fee is $0.15 per page.
