Most Boulder athletes benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions during peak training and monthly maintenance during off-season. We help you build a plan around races, climbs, gym programming, and recovery needs. We usually recommend having a recovery day the day after a treatment. Your best value is 2 days before a race or big training block.
Light training or movement is usually fine. If you received deeper work before a big ride, run, or lift day, consider waiting 24 hours. We'll give guidance based on your session intensity and your training cycle — please be sure to tell us your race and training schedule so we can adjust our work accordingly.
Absolutely. We frequently treat athletes training for the Boulder Triathlon, Ironman events, Leadville races, marathons, gravel rides, and local trail runs like the Mesa Trail & Chautauqua climbs. Come on, this is Boulder. We know athletes and work with them all. Whether you're a fitness fanatic, gym rat, endurance junkie, or just getting out to walk your dog — we've got you covered.
Yes! We target hips, glutes, quads, and TFL to relieve tension that contributes to IT band issues — common for Boulder runners, hikers, and triathletes. We also offer mobility and strengthening tips to support long-term improvement.
