Boundless Management wasn't started by career property managers — it was started by frustrated real estate investors. After repeated disappointments with existing Atlanta property management companies, our founders decided the only way to get the urgency, professionalism, and transparency they needed was to build it themselves. They perfected the process on their own properties first, then opened the doors to other investors and homeowners who deserved better.

Our principals bring together expertise across real estate investment, sales, leasing, accounting, and property management — each with a perspective shaped by being on the owner's side of the table. That origin story drives every policy we set, including our 30-day termination clause. We created it because we once had to sit out a full contract with a bad manager we couldn't fire. We'd never put another owner through that.
