Fort Worth, Texas · Yoga Studio
A sanctuary for transformation in the heart of Fort Worth. Yoga classes, meditation, and teacher training programs that guide you home — to yourself.
Our Philosophy
At Elemental Yoga Therapy, we believe yoga is a remembering — a coming home. A way to live in alignment with your purpose, your community, and your highest self.
Our programs draw from the deep wells of classical yoga philosophy — the Yoga Sūtras, breathwork, and contemplative meditation — to offer authentic, lineage-based teachings.
Led by an all-women faculty of experienced RYTs and yoga therapists, each class and training is held with care, compassion, and deep respect for your individual journey.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a lifelong practice, every offering at Elemental is designed to catalyze real, lasting transformation.
What We Offer
From gentle flows to anatomy-informed movement, our yoga classes welcome all levels. Step onto the mat and discover how yoga can support your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you with your deepest self.
Stillness as practice. Guided meditation sessions that cultivate clarity, presence, and inner peace. Including our Yoga Sūtras experiential sessions every month.
Working with our certified yoga therapist, sessions address the patterns beneath tension — breath habits, posture, and nervous system response — for deeper healing.
Deepening workshops that explore the philosophy and embodied wisdom of yoga. From the Yoga Sūtras to anatomy-informed somatic practices, each workshop is an invitation to know yourself more fully.
