We're Exsplore — a Travel Blog for Nature Lovers

Our blog was born from a single, unforgettable camping trip to Catalina Island. We were so struck by the island's wild beauty and the pure sense of adventure that camping provides, we knew we had to share it with the world.

Since 2016, we've been writing in-depth travel guides, sharing camping tips and tricks, and telling real stories about our own adventures in the outdoors — all to inspire a community of like-minded explorers.

The name "Exsplore" blends Explore (to travel over new territory) and Splore (a Scottish word meaning frolic or escapade). Together: to travel and have new experiences, be adventurous, mindful, and celebrate everything the world has to offer.
