Frequently Asked

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday–Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm. For guaranteed availability, we recommend calling or texting to book in advance. Extended appointment hours are also available.

We offer fully customizable extensions worldwide. Our stylists will consult with you to find the perfect type, color match, and installation method for your hair type and lifestyle. Ask about our Beauty Budget program to help plan for this investment.

Walk-ins welcome: Tuesday–Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 9am–3pm. Appointment hours are extended: Tuesday–Friday 8am–8pm, Saturday 9am–4pm. We are closed Sunday and Monday.

Absolutely. We offer an Associate Program for developing stylists, as well as Extension Classes for professionals looking to expand their skills. Many of our team members are certified educators passionate about sharing their craft.
