Guardian Property Management was founded on a simple conviction: property owners deserve a management partner as invested in their success as they are. When CEO Jennifer Olson Spadine acquired Guardian in 2004, the firm managed 127 units for 30 owners with a team of four. Today, Guardian manages over 1,100 units for more than 250 property owners with a staff of 28 dedicated professionals.
Our leadership team combines deep real estate expertise with rigorous financial discipline. Jennifer's career in property management spans over three decades, earning her recognition in the Mpls/St Paul Business Journal's Women in Business awards in 2023. President and CFO Al Spadine brings 27 years of corporate banking experience — including senior roles at Wells Fargo and an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
