Founded by an attorney whose family immigrated from the Dominican Republic — genuine empathy that sets us apart.
Inspira Immigration Law was founded by Leonelba Martínez — a Miami native whose family emigrated from the Dominican Republic in the early 1970s in search of a better life. That personal connection to the immigrant experience is at the heart of everything she does. She knows that immigration is not just about paperwork; it's about families, futures, and the courage to build something new.
After earning her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2012 — graduating with Dean's List honors — Leonelba dedicated her entire legal career exclusively to immigration law. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a former Co-Chair of the American Immigration Council's South Florida Chapter, and is authorized to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
At Inspira Immigration Law, we believe every immigrant deserves a trusted guide — someone who listens, understands, and fights for the outcome they deserve. Our bilingual team is committed to delivering personalized attention, honest communication, and strategic legal representation that puts your success at the center of everything we do.

A denial is not always the end of the road. Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible to appeal, file a motion to reopen or reconsider, or pursue alternative forms of protection. We'll review your case and identify every viable path forward.
Through family-based immigration petitions, eligible U.S. citizens and permanent residents can sponsor immediate relatives. We guide you through the petition, adjustment of status or consular processing, and every step until your family is reunited.
Eligibility for naturalization depends on your residency history, physical presence, and other legal factors specific to your case. We'll assess your situation thoroughly and walk you through the entire naturalization process.
Removal proceedings require immediate attention. We file motions, request bond hearings, and pursue all available defenses — including asylum, cancellation of removal, and other relief — to protect your right to remain in the United States.
Waivers such as the I-601, I-601A, and I-212 allow individuals with certain grounds of inadmissibility to overcome legal barriers. If a past issue is blocking your case, a waiver may be the key to moving forward.
Yes. Attorney Leonelba Martínez and our entire team are bilingual in English and Spanish. We're committed to making sure every client fully understands their case, their options, and their rights — in the language they're most comfortable with.
A visa denial doesn't always close the door. Depending on the visa type and reason for denial, options may include reapplying with stronger documentation, filing a motion, or pursuing an alternative visa category. We'll analyze your denial and recommend the strongest next step.
Yes. We assist professionals seeking to live and work in the United States through employment-based visas including EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions — helping you demonstrate your value and secure your future here.
Whether you're beginning your immigration journey or facing a challenge along the way, Inspira Immigration Law is here to guide you with clarity, compassion, and a legal team you can trust.
