Laura Allard-Antelmi is the founder and lead teacher of the Iyengar Yoga Center of Boulder. She has been teaching Iyengar Yoga for nearly 30 years, guiding students of all walks of life toward deeper understanding and embodied practice.

Beyond yoga, Laura is an internationally acclaimed teacher of human anatomy โ€” with more than 20 years of experience making anatomy accessible, engaging, and even fun. She teaches anatomy and asana workshops at IYCB and at studios across the US and abroad.

Her classes are known for their precision, warmth, and capacity to meet each student exactly where they are. Laura's rare combination of yogic depth and anatomical expertise creates a truly transformative learning environment.
