Keshava Radha Yoga was born from a simple, profound conviction: yoga is not a fitness trend — it is a lifelong practice of maintenance and self-recovery. Rooted in classical Hatha Yoga, Keshava and Radha have spent 30 years refining a teaching approach that is slow enough to be felt, precise enough to be transformative, and accessible enough to meet you exactly where you are.

The philosophy here is practical and deeply human. Stress lives in the body as misalignment. Awareness is the first tool. Breath is the second. Relaxation — true, parasympathetic relaxation — is the result.

We specialize in Hatha Yoga — a classical, physical yoga practice. Our classes include Vinyasa (flowing sequences), Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), and guided relaxation, all practiced at a slow, mindful pace that emphasizes breath and body awareness.

Absolutely. Our approach is specifically designed to be accessible. We encourage slow, meditative practice so that beginners can learn to feel their body, recognize tension, and develop awareness from the very first class — no prior experience needed.

Classes are held live via Zoom on EST (US East Coast time). Simply sign up for your chosen class at least 30 minutes before it begins, and you'll receive an email invitation with the link. You participate in real time with a live teacher.

Regular practice builds self-awareness, improves deep breathing, and trains your nervous system to shift out of stress and into recovery. Over time, these become your natural maintenance tools — improving how all eleven systems of your body function day to day.
