Every applicant receives a full credit history check, rental history verification, income verification, and a criminal and sex offender background check. We complete this screening within 3 business days of the application submission date.

Your monthly distribution is paid via direct deposit into any U.S. checking account you designate. You also receive a detailed monthly cash-flow statement, and you can view your account records online at any time.

We pursue rent collection aggressively and, when necessary, move promptly to eviction proceedings to remove non-paying tenants. We do not let personal relationships with tenants compromise your income or your property.

We use a three-pronged approach: on-property signage with Text-to-Rent technology, MLS listing that syndicates to dozens of rental sites including Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia, and we begin showing the unit as soon as the current tenant gives notice — not after they leave, which is how most companies lose you a full month's rent.
