We accept PDF (preferred), PNG, JPG, and most common file formats. For best results, especially for business cards and invitations, submit print-ready PDF files with proper bleed margins. If you're using Canva, download as "PDF Print" with crop marks and bleed enabled.
Most products are completed within 1–2 business days. X-Frame banners are ready within 1 business day (Mon–Thu orders). Rush options are available for single orders of 500 units or less. Note: rounded corners and 18pt coated matte paper are excluded from rush due to hand-cutting requirements.
If your design has color or imagery that extends to the edge of the card, it needs a 1/8" bleed on each side (1/4" total). For example, a 5×7 invitation should be set up as 5.25×7.25. Without bleed, you may see white edges after cutting. We're happy to walk you through it — just give us a call!

Absolutely! Select the envelope printing option when ordering and upload your guest list as an Excel file. We'll print guest addresses in black and white along with your return address in the top left corner. Our default font is Adobe Garamond Pro — contact us if you'd like a different font.
