Frequently Asked
Questions

We notarize a wide range of documents including real estate documents (deeds, mortgages, lease agreements), legal documents (power of attorney, wills, trusts, affidavits), financial documents, government forms, planning documents, and immigration paperwork. We can also provide Washington Apostille Services for international documents.

Remote online notarization (RON) allows you to have your documents notarized over a secure video call. You'll need a computer or phone with a camera and internet connection. You'll upload your documents, verify your identity, and we'll witness your signing digitally. It's fully legal in Washington State and very convenient.

We serve the entire Greater Seattle area, from Everett to Tacoma and surrounding communities. We travel to homes, offices, hospitals, and wherever you need us — using our fully electric vehicle. Call us to confirm availability in your specific location.

Banks and shipping companies won't notarize certain types of documents, and the notary license belongs to individual staff members — creating liability risk for big corporations. If an error occurs, you'd have to track down that specific employee for corrections. As dedicated notaries, we're always available if issues arise and notarization is our sole business.

You'll need your unsigned documents (do NOT sign them beforehand) and valid government-issued photo ID for all signers. Common accepted IDs include a driver's license, state ID, or passport. If you have questions about what's required for your specific documents, just call us and we'll walk you through it.
