If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost. Our team will follow up for feedback if we don't hear from you. After 48 hours, we're unable to honor the recleaning as part of our policy.

We offer straightforward flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. You'll know exactly what you're paying before we arrive — no surprises, no upsells.

We ask for as much notice as possible when plans change. Changes made at least 48 hours before your appointment incur a $70 fee; changes within 24 hours incur a $100 fee. This policy allows us to provide reliable scheduling for all clients while fairly supporting our cleaning professionals.
