The Coterie is a place for connection, above all else. We offer three types of yoga-based classes that allow you to get more in touch with yourself — mind, body, and breath.

We understand that calming the chatter in your mind and tapping into your breath are equally as important as strengthening the physical body.

You are entering our space authentically to feel safe, to feel seen, and to feel heard — and we take that very seriously.

Power yoga class
High Energy

Power

A combination of yoga postures alongside traditional HIIT elements like jumping jacks, squats and pushups. Choreographed start to finish, taught to the beat of music.

Prana yoga class
Breath-led

Prana

The intention is to move in tandem with your breath and to harness it as a tool and compass for your personal practice. Expect also a Peaceful Prana blend of movement, rest, and guided meditation.

Peace yin yoga class
Yin & Restore

Peace

A Yin Yoga practice that invites us to slow down and truly exist without expectation — to sit still for long periods of time, allowing us to surrender rather than simply relax.
