Federal charges require a federally admitted attorney. Lee is licensed across all Texas federal districts and the Fifth Circuit — providing specialized representation when the stakes are highest.
A charge at a young age should not define a lifetime. We advocate fiercely for juvenile clients, working to protect their future and minimize long-term consequences.
Qualifying clients may be able to seal or remove criminal records entirely. We assess your eligibility and pursue expunctions and non-disclosures to clear the path forward.
A violation allegation can send you back to jail. We respond swiftly and strategically to defend your compliance record and preserve the freedom you've worked to maintain.

Common Questions
Absolutely. Even misdemeanor convictions carry lasting consequences — fines, probation, and a permanent criminal record that can affect employment, housing, and professional licensing. An experienced attorney can often negotiate reduced charges or pursue dismissal, protecting you from outcomes that follow you for years.
Exercise your right to remain silent and request an attorney before answering any questions. Do not speak to police without legal counsel present. Contact our office as soon as possible so we can begin protecting your rights from the very start.

We challenge every element of the stop and arrest — breathalyzer calibration, field sobriety test administration, probable cause, and procedural compliance. A DWI charge is not a conviction, and we fight to ensure it does not become one.
