Please provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Within 48 hours: 50% charge. Within 24 hours: full service charge. We appreciate your understanding.
Your satisfaction is everything. While we don't offer refunds on services, we'll do everything to correct any issue within two weeks of your service. We want you to love your hair.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled out of respect for our stylists and other guests.
A $4 supply charge applies per appointment. Credit card transactions include a 3% processing fee. Cash and debit are exempt from the credit card fee.
