Owner and master colorist Kristi Bitetti brings her 30+ years of expertise from upscale Central New York to the south. Founder of the acclaimed Artistry in Hanover, she relocated to Charlotte with one vision: to create a boutique salon experience that marries world-class technique with genuine warmth.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Appointments can be adjusted online anytime from anywhere.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 14 days of your appointment. We'll be happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment with the original stylist.

Yes — extensions and corrective color services require a consultation before installation. This allows us to assess your hair and create a personalized plan. The $40 consultation fee is applied toward the cost of your service.
