Attorney Igor A. Voloshen brings a rare combination of academic excellence and personal understanding to immigration law. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (magna cum laude) with degrees in Political Science, Business, and a Master of Public and International Affairs with a Graduate Certificate in Russian Studies, Igor earned his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law, where he served as an Assistant Editor of the West Virginia Law Review.

Igor arrived in the United States from Ukraine as a refugee in the 1990s. That lived experience shapes everything about how he approaches his clients' cases — with empathy, urgency, and an unwavering commitment to getting results.
